Hmm, not sure exactly what kind of plugins that would be. I don't believe they have that many plugins for photoshop, maybe they do, but for just logo stuff I'm not so sure.

what kind of plugin would u need that doesnt already come with PS? for making logos, i suggest learning how to use the pen tool. HERE is a very detailed tut on learning the pen tool.
