This is going to see stupid/dumb when you see my new sig but i have to ask, how do i make a 1 px border? lol i really dont know...  sad.gif

What I do is use the create a new layer, zoom in all the way, then use the pencil tool to create the border. It goes faster if you click the corner, then hold shift and click the next corner.

All you got to do is get the retangle marqee -> edit -> stoke, 1 px
