the mythbusters tested soemthing liek this, they determined you couldnt light gasoline via a cigarette becasue ti doesnt burn hot enough, i cant reember the conclusions of the exploding toilet

When they used hairspray or something it actually worked and blew there dummy "Buster" of the toilet

And its not gas you can light with a cig its the fumes that will light. But no fumes if you let it sit for a minute in an open area. At least i think thats what they said on that show.

but yeah, the one i saw, was where, the guy was sitting on a port-a-potty, and lit a cigarette, and THE fumes of "poop" and what not, lit it up, and yeah.... i didn't see the gasoline one

... who dumps gasoline into a toilet, and even if they do, wouldn't they flush it?!?!

You can actually throw a match into a barrel of gasoline, and the gasoline will put it out.

Gasoline isn't flammable the fumes are.

The impurities in it are.

Not related in any way, but it is true and sounded like the gasoline thing.
