Linux is a very good OS, if you have an XBOX, but that's what GOOD about it. The truth is, Linux is a hacker OS writted by the famous Russian hacker Linyos Torovoltos (get where the name came from?) right before the Cold War ended, based on the MS program "Xenix". If you think that ANY form of Linux, may it be Debian or Slackware, or the XBOX Linux, ALL of those are based on the original source code Linyos had made. But, the REAL name is "Lunix", not "Linux".

Some Problems with Linux:

1. Any version or type scanned with Norton Antivirus will show that it has a virus embedded in the Linux OS, named "Lilo", and it's smarter than you think. It will RUIN everything that it can possible (ex: Windows, Antivirus, etc.) that is not in Linux.

2. It can cause any PC or XBOX to ruin the display device (ex: monitor or T.V.) as is in the source code, written by him as a security measurment (incase it was leaked).

3. The OS WILL ruin the PHYSICAL (not just software-wise) part of your hard disk by splitting the physical partion into three parts, used to hide and view certain hacking utilities. Meaning if you bought a new hard disk for Linux, your a dumb ass.

At the time of CREATION, it was mandatory that none of the source was leaked. Now, anybody can install, or even make their own versions of Linux.

What the hell? Do you actually believe the crap that you posted or are you just joking. Linux is based off of Unix and has nothing at all to do with anything MS related. I have been running Linux on my server, desktop pc, and now xbox for years and have never had any problems with my display getting messed up or my hard drive getting partitioned. Who is Linyos Torovoltos it was Linus Torvalds who created Linux. You must either be joking or just really dumb. Joking or not this post was pretty funny. <

Oh my god I had no idea linux was such and evil operating system or should I say VIRUS. This is horrible my pc, server, and xbox are doomed. Thank you so much for uncovering the real truth oof this evil evil software. Now I feel cheated for getting certified in this vicious software. <

The servers such as Google, use a different type of Linux, that has been created from scratch BASED on the original Linux, and each server has different versions, depending on what they need done (ex: search engine, web hosting, etc.). Otherwise, websites wouldn't exist cause the HD that stored all of the graphics (logo, etc.) would be erased.

And there are alternatives to Linux, like Windows 2003 Server Edition. <

I love how serious and passionately people are sticking up for Linux, when it was a joke. Did anyone take a minute to look at any of the material he linked to? Jesus Christ, it's a comedy forum...
