The sad part is that the President has a team of speech writers who write all of his speeches for him. So somewhere along the line, the speech writers, the proof readers, and the President himself have all had a chance to read through and detect mistakes. So the blame isn't completely on Bush himself (although most people, including myself do think that he is an idiot), it is actually on his team of writers. If the writers messed up in their writer, he needs to fire his writers and hire some new people. If the writers wrote it correctly and Bush misreads/misinterprets it, then his writers need to grow a pair and let him know that he is misreading the messages. Bad writers + bad reader = everyone else in the world makes fun of us.
