Xbox Power Supply Failure

i just recently bought a new power supply and install in onto my old old xbox (2001)...
the power goes on but it gradually turns off..as i look inside, the little fan (i think cpu fan) is running but the other fan (the bigger one next to the power supply) barely runs or at all...

so is the power supply fan not working? or is it the xbox?
