It is fake. People have teeth filed, surgically implanted, and there are caps that look real. If it were real (which it obviously isn't), I doubt you shouldn't be posting on a forum for help.
1. vampires don't exist. Whether she is insane and believes she is one, is where you should be scared.
2. gothic people are weird. No question about it. They invest their lives in stories and pranks that would have them believe vampires are real, and psychologically, themselves are one as well.
If she says she is a vamp, go to a doctor at any mental institutions and ask for his card. Then, when you see her, give the card to her, then tell her she needs some serious help.
If you are truly afraid of her, get something to defend yourself with, like some garlic or a wooden stake (sry, couldnt resist). Lol, or a taser/pepper spray. A gun if you are that extreme.
