Need A Replacement Samsung Dvd Tray Belt/rubberband

I need to find a replacement for the belt that opens and closes the dvd tray on my Samsung DVD Drive.  The drive works perfectly and all I need is that one little piece.  Any suggestions on where to get one or something I could find at a hardware store to replace it?  Its the black belt/rubberband as seen here.

By any chance do you know what size belt the dvd tray takes?
