One Blink Green Then Red Flashes

My GF was trying a TSOP today on a 1.3 (5101) ,she used eurasure and the chip was a winbond , it said it failed to flash , when she rebooted the xbox it was broke.

on power on you get a brief blink of green then it just flashes red....red red red ...the hard drive spins up and i can still eject but no video and constant red flashing after one brief blink of green .. Any ideas what this fault maybe ???? or how i could fix it ?
i have no modchips and would rather just buy a second hand box if that is my only option.

the EEPROM somehow got corrupted. The only way to fix it is to
A ) replace the EEPROM chip with one from another Xbox mobo of the SAME VERSION
B ) install a modchip that has some sort of eeprom restore function and/or a bios with an embedded eeprom.

Thanks for the reply ok , a friend has a 2.3 with solderless adapter .. i know the cromel and eprom patch you speak of ,can this chip be used to recover it.
