Hello here is my issue I can't run any xbox games on my box its soft modded with 80g HD running unleashx.
When I go to my game tab an select a game from the HD, try an run a backed up disc, or an original xbox disc it goes to the loading screen an sits for a sec then reboots to the unleash dashboard. I can run all my apps, emus, an homebrew games an I can play dvds an cds so I am at a loss as to whats going on. So if anyone has had a similar problem any advice would be welcome or suggestions to to get me going in the right direction. I so far I have reinstalled all my C drive files an that didn't help so if you have any ideas they would be welcome. Thank You.

Delete everything off of the x,y,Z partitions and everything inside e:/cache

Have you ever been able to run games after installing the softmod?

Ok i have fixxed my issues here are the steps i took incase you have the same prob.

1. i cleared an restored my C:folder

2. i cleared yxz an E:/cache (this let me run original xbox disc. but NOT back ups from disc or my hd)

3. I reinstalled my unleashx dash

4. I unistalled an reinstalled my soft mod with mechassault. (this fixxed my prob so now i am back up an running hope you never have this issue but if you do hope this can be of some help)

Looks like EEPROM failed. Try use ConfigMagic 1.6

Have exactly the same problem !

I cleared X Y Z and E:/cache and still play no games
original or backups

it can play cd and Dvd´s

still working...almost give up (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Yes, I found an easy way.

After 21312432 hours of google search and research

go to MS DASHBOARD -> parental settings -> it was EC(lowest)
change to M

and it works !
