I just saw an information (from the future) about the StarWars Fat Camp.  I dont know if you guys are up late enough but this was one of the work outs.  Low Carbs and Lots of Fake Fights with Large Metal Poles.


Second.  I think he was getting better towards the end.  The progression for really bad to plain bad was very impressive.
