Ok, so I opened up my v1.6b to check the position of the flash protection switch before upgrading the bios. after setting everything back up, by chip no longer works.  The Led On the external X3 switch does not light up at all, and the xbox boots to M$ Dash.  I opened the box back up and turned the power on, the chip itself is getting power (the blue light on the chip lights up when power is pressed)

I took my mobo out and went back over all my solder points to see if something came disconnected, and nothing jumped out at me as being out of place.

Anyone have any suggestions? Any Specific solder points I should be looking at or setting that might have gotten changed?  Please Help
