I am no expert, but I think that the faster ram would run at the same speed.  Also, 32mb modules would have a defferent pinout or more pins (i think)...

The speed of the RAM wont make any difference, since the Xbox tests the speed and scales it down accordingly. If the pinout is the same, however, it wont hurt to try. The most it will do is FRAG if it wont work.

Ok, thanks, now all I have left to do is find out where I can get these in low quantities... Also these chips have a 8kb cache, instead of the 4kb on standard 16Mb's
