That is true for absolutely every action a human being does in his life.

Absolutely true to varying degrees, but the difference is whether or not you are honest about it, which makes a great difference.  For instance, some of the greatest evil in this world has been done for the "good of the people" or the "good of society".  I agree with Ayn Rand that the concept of altruism has been not only a false one but one that leads many people to do harm, as I think the above poster would do by "sheltering" those he considers too weak to defend themselves.
