Can Onyone Identify This Nav System?

ive been doing some car shopping online, and one im looking at has this aftermarket nav system and i wondering if i could get some info on it before checking out the car in person this weekend

i know its bad quality, its off the dealers website, but maybe someone will recognize the button layout or something
