ok.. picture this.. middle aged guy in corvette, trying to show off in the high school parking lot to a bunch of kids in their hoopties. we were all goofin around with our tanks (we all had old rwd boats, i myself had a 73 coupe de ville)
this guy tries to show off and gives her a little too much gas.. goes sideways and won't stop sliding, until it hits a pole. now his rear quarter is fucked, fiberglass cracked, and a big piece hanging off. we slide by laughin our asses off at him for wrecking his shit. he gets pissed and guns it again, like a dumbass.. again the car gets lost in the momentum and gets carried along until it smashes into a planter box (like big, concrete block thing with small trees growing in it).. now the passenger front corner is done for. with this hit, the hanging piece of the rear quarter falls off. as the guy is sitting there cussing his ass off, my buddy grabs the piece and walks over to the guy..
"hey man.. i think you lost this back there"
guy gets pissed, snatches the piece and throws it into the car.. we start laughin our asses off again and start calling our friends to come over and see this shit. in the meantime, he's mad as ever and tries to leave.. unfortunately for him, he managed to drift over into a nice little patch of nastiness and his car won't move. does he accept this? hell no.. just keeps gunning the gas.. ends up doing even more damage to his front corner. after aboiut 2-3 minutes of getting nowhere, he says screw it and leaves the thing.. he walked home and didn't come back for the car until most of the snow had melted, which was like 4 days later.
