Follow what i say
im guessing you have a soldering iron, 30AWG wire, solder, stanley knife, sharp blade etc
Simply scratch away at the trace until you reveal the copper of it.
Then hold the solder on the revealed copper of the trace and then apply the soldering iron.
You should now see the trace has turned silver (colour of solder)
Do this to each side of the damaged trace.
Then tin the 30AWG wire on both ends.
simply place the tinned wire onto the silver part of the trace where you placed the solder before. Now apply the soldering iron and you should see it adhere to the trace.
Do this for both ends so now the trace is connected again.
its very very easy to fix a trace.
To recap
Reveal the copper trace by scraping away at it, then apply solder to it, tin the wire and solder the trace and wire together.
