The Subie's are nice , but with 30 k i woulda imported something rediculous from japan. I mean you can either pick..good gas mileage, or really fast

. Bmw's are cool and all but they arent always good for parts unless you know someone (i know the local bmw and benz mechanic). Skylines are a bitch for parts. But if i was allowed to spend 30 k on a car i would import a couple. I mean a fairlady z twin turbo 3l will cost you under 10 k and you could tune it with the rest of the money...or get a bentley r turbo...its either a 6.7 or 7.6 litre turbo

. I saw a really riced out looking toyota celsior a while back..sold for about 23 k i think. Theres a couple places that do the importing for you but charge you up the bum in terms of marking up the price of the car.

. Also..on newyears day you are allowed to import the third gen (92) rx7's which are cool and fast. Keep in mind these are all rhd except for the bmws , benz and porsche. A bmw 850 i with a 5l v12 will run you about 10-12, landed, a 500 sl about 15, and well theres about a billion diff skylines available

. Nothing flashy or particularly fast but i like it
