they arent really tv screens, they are just a line of LEDs that change color as the wheel spins to create the illusion of a full image, much like this clock http://www.thinkgeek...ce/lights/59ac/

Would the image only appear well at a certain speed, or does it adjust to your speed?

i thought it was pretty stupid but im pretty sure a smart idea was to make some rims with pot leafs that "float" they dont spin they float imagine how many rappers would buy that

I remember seing those at a car show a year or two back. Nice idea to be different but illegal in CA for sure. It doesn't even look good to me though. I like seeing a spinning wheel on a car.

I would be pissed to have some jackass run me off the road and total my car because "he was sending logos to his wheels while driving".

I mean, XBMC in my car is one thing, but image editing and such, that's just plain dumb. Wrecks waiting to happen.

They should make these in spinner versions so the image is there even when your sittin still.

i had HUBCAP spinners stolen off my car in the parking lot of my highschool
