is there anyone out there that is also programming chips for the tuned port FI. I'm looking for a unmodded bin for a 89 tpi with a 5.0 and a auto

You can general reprogram any tpi at a GM dealership that has a mechanic shop. The chip will be programmed specifically for your vehicle's transmission, rear-end ratio, and tires.
