I saw someone had run their VIN and it told them alot of cool things like how many car with their make, trim, color, interior, options, etc were made that year. I was just wondering if anyone knew something like this since it would be cool to know how many cars were made exactly like mine and my friends.

i dont know about statistics for other cars but the vin will tell you anything that would be interchangable about the car. its just a matter of getting ahold of the chart that tells what means what, call your local car dealer (that specializes in that brand of car) and ask them where you can find out.
