What the cheapest upgrade i can do to get even a small permormance boost?

I don't know much about the eagle summit at all. As a matter of fact I don't have a clue what it is. But I know that anything that opens up your vehicles airways should help. A better Intake or one that takes in cooler denser air helps some. A better flowing exhaust will also help. Beyond that I'd search online for mods specific to your car. MOST cars have tiny little things that you can do for free thatll help. With my car a few popular one's include slight mods to the fuel pressure regulator and intake mods. With others it'll vary.

The eagle summit looks a lot like the Chrysler intrepid.
