wELL I recently installed a 80mm fan on my box. I did the 12v mod and the fan still runs at the same speed as the stock

I remember using a bios tool and it had a setting for fan speed

a program like xbtool.

their are two programs. which depends on what bios you have

is there a different way than the bios. cuz the xbox I installed the 80mm fan doesnt have a mod chip

how are you determining that its running the same speed? what kind of 12v mod did you do?
