Minus the wing that kit isn't that bad. Granted it needs to be painted. And rims would be nice.

Agreed, one of the guys I was out with wed has a 250 sx that has been kitted and unpainted for a few months. But he has an excuse. He installed it. Got it prepped. And then 2 days before painting hit an animal and broke the front bumper cover. So he's spent the last few weeks playing with bondo trying to get it all right again before he has it painted. It should look nice.

I agree multicolored cars are lame as hell. I just think it COULD look nice if he finished it properly.

My Probe has a nice sound system, cup holder, heater, and room for 5. I wonder if a CBR has that.

My Camaro comes out maybe a few times a year if it's lucky. But it's pretty fucking fast for those few hours.

Hell I don't know much about the CBR stats, but my Probe isn't a slouch anymore either.

i could easily beat a camaro and a probe. im sure there fast, but no match for a bike.
im not trying to talk like a bad ass here, but you guys need to feel real speed with no seatbelts, no roofs, no cubholders, no systems, just you the bike and the road. ive gotten my bike up to 165 redlining at 13k. (and this is only with a 600)

Well I asked you for stats and you didn't give them, so I had to find them myself. And from what I've dug up my Camaro is most definately a match for your bike. 1/4 mile times are very similar. I don't really think top speed is indicative, but I know the Camaro goes over 160 as I've been in the car when the previous owner had it over 160.

Argueably my Probe would be outmatched on any straight road. Maybe in corners I may have some shot, but that's about it.

You really need to get your head out of your ass though. To think every tuned car is shit because you drive a motorcycle is pretty ignorant. There are plenty of very nicely tuned cars that are just as fast as your bike. And if it's all about buying a superior vehichle to start with then why a CBR when there are faster bikes on the market?

Also, rice is used on any car that is tastlessly done. I'm sure that the Stang applies. The wing and rims can't do anything for the car's perfomance beyond adding weight. I think it's ugly as sin. The Celica is far worse though. Why would anyone want to draw attenion to their rear drums?

And let's try and keep the name calling to a minimum.
