Ahhh...the skyline R34. Also my favorite.  smile.gif

My second favorite is the mazda rx-7. I would own one, in fact, if it wasn't for the 2 seater issue.  sad.gif

isn't that engine worth more then the 240? don't think another body would suite that engine better?

Yes the engine will cost more than the 240sx, however it's cheaper to work that way...hard to get a full r34 body in america unless you're buying the whole car, which isn't cheap.  So 240sx is a good, light body to put it in.  Shit load of work to get the engine working in it, but it is worth it in the end hehe

Right you are I have seen one a while back on ebay but it had over 100,000 miles and they wanted over $12K for it. It would be better to get the engine and put it in a 240 that way you can have a sleeper of sorts.  It's better to have a car that looks good but isn't the best looking car on the road and have alot of mods under the hood then to have a car that is completely decked out to look like a street racer.  Nothing worse then having a nice looking car that you have invested alot of time and money into and getting your ass kicked by a car that looks like a POS but has alot of mods under the hood. Case and point I know someone with a 3rd gen RX-7 who pulled up on the line with a Buick that looked like a granny car. When they took off at first it was head to head but then they heard the sound of a turbo kicking in and the buick was GONE!!!! They caught up with the guy at the next light and they both pulled over and he showed them his limited edition 1987 Buick Grand National which comes stock with a turbo which pushes 18lb of boost.  All in all he had done very little to it and it was pushing 400hp.  The fact of the matter is someone with an RX-7 got his ass handed to him by a BUICK!!! Oh the shame of it.  I personally own a 2nd generation RX-7 which hasn't been modded at all....YET!!!!! My vote still goes for the RX-7.

2nd gen...ouch lol well more than i got...but u made a good point...althought i doubt the buick, a heavy ass car, took a rx-7 unless it had some nos under its hood...mabey they guy snuck it on u and what u heard was the spray not the blow off valve
