What Might Cause This Problem

ive got an xbox modded with xecuter 3 chip and i ftp transfer games back and forth because ic an only fit one on my hdd at a time anyway

the problem is during the ftp transter somtimes on large files it all of a sudden stops transfering or slows to about 1kb a second.. when i transfter san ansdreas over it freshs on like gta.img file any ideas why it would do that?

and whats all of your average speeds using ftp i use flashfxp and cuteftp both do it..

i get about 6mbs a second whats all of your average? and how can you make it faster.. what limits speed?
