Hi so my friend brought his xbox to China and he didnt have a voltage switch so instead of like 100 volts going into the xbox there were 200 volts or something.

So would this mean only the PSU is damaged? or would anything else be affected?

If i just replaced the PSU could i fix the xbox?

It might just be the psu or it might have damaged the motherboard... Who knows? (Not me)

Change the power supply and hope it works is all i can say.

The first thing you should do is try a new PSU. Then if it doesnt work, post back with a pic of your mobo, and we'll help more.
