It has a 40G HDD, and I want go WD 80G now.
Im using xboxhd but when I FTP from the box, I cant get some files to upload properly as they stay in the queque.

Sometimes Im asked to decide if I want to overwrite, skip or  resume them... what should I do?, overwrite what? theres no files in those xboxhd files yet!

OK, then I got the ISO done and I make the CD-RW disc with them, I make the HDD with the CD-RW, I put irt on the XBOX ... and I get nothing, a loop of red Xs and sometimes a green dashboard similar but not equal to the original and if I select something... Im kucked to the red Xs loop again.

Comments? sugestions, advices... please.
