Can I Recover My Info On My Phone

My cell phone SCH-U540, will only turn on when plugged in and boots up to the "vcast screen" and loads all the way and constantly restarts loading into the vcast screen.

Can i recover the photo's videos and contacts onto a new phone?

can you plug it in to your computer and does your computer see it? if so you might be able to use something like bitpim to get all that stuff out
i don't know if you have a usb adapter though
