, thanks for all the help. i have ordered 2 pin headers from appleguru, i am going to desolder the current pin header and cleanup the lpc and make sure i get all of the lpc contacts to work with the pin header and chip.

i want to thank you very much with helping me out. you have tried your best and i realise that. i will let you know how everything works in the end. if there were any reputation points i could add to your credibility on the forums, i would like to do so.

hey ... just updating. i got the xbox FULLY working and the traces repaired (using the circuitwriter pen after atleast 30 tries) and eject problem fixed. i am getting my duox replaced since it was dead in the first place. thanks again for all the help ferrari.
