You should be able to make a money order at any age, and if not you can always send cash (just put it with a bunch of other paper so it doesn't look like money from the outside of the envelope.

Where exactly is the GTA? My guess would be Greater Toronto Area, but I don't really have any idea

I'm in colorado springs; if you're close by you can stop by and pick one up any time (Though I doubt you are :/) I do however also accept money orders if you're still looking for one
