Divineo doesn't do Paypal but they do have COD, so you aren't out anything until you get it.

I've always wondered how mod shops can get away with accepting paypal.. Given that selling chips is against their Terms of Service. They closed my account four time for selling chips via PP, and that was just through the B/S/T here. I gave up and just got a proper merchant account for processing credit cards.
