Alright so i've modded my xbox and have put in the big hard drive etc etc. but now im seriously starting to think there is something wrong with my hard drive. hers some of the problem i've been having
1. Dashboard (specifically XBMC) freezes when i leave my xbox sitting for a minute or two. It'll freeze at other time too but mostly when i leave it sitting for a few minutes.
2. Games are ripping really slow. I've never had a problem with this before but now the games im ripping are taking hours and hours and some dont even finish. i do have significant amount of games on ym hard drive (i think its around 35) if that has anything to do with it.
3. FTP problem. recently i haven't been able to FTP some files over to my xbox. The ftp will jsut stop and go constantly. On top of that deleteing files takes a long time too as it also goes on and off constantly. This is also somethign that i never had a problem with but have been getting a problem with recently.
I have a softmodded xbox and i dotn know what BIOS i have. My xbox doesnt even know (it says unknown on the skin i have for EvoX) I also got a program called BiOSChecker which also failed to tell me what BIOS i have.
So if anyone else whos running a softmod has had these kind of problems and managed to fix them somehow please tell me. Alos if its at all important i installed my softmod with ltools usuing mechassault.
