my xbox is failing to power up.

It's been fine for years and I had literally switched it off for 10mins and now it won't power up again.

It attempts to power up three times.

The 1st two are a failure, and the third time it frags.

No picture is displayed so I cannot give a code.

I have an xecuter 2.3 installed but no switch to disable the mod chip.

Any ideas?
