anyone on the weast coast, especially aroung the NY/NJ lines, haven't you guys heard of **patience**?(sp?)

i live on the west coast, and we let people come into the lanes even during traffic, we dont honk, flip people off, or use defensive driving techniques.....

i went up the east coast for vacation this summer, they are the worst drivers i have seen...they have to get there way no matter howmany accidents it may casue...


o, and it HATE round-abouts or whatever you call them....what wrong with a plain old intersection

i seem to end up behind alot of peopel who pull too far into the intersection when the light turns red, so they throw it in reverse to back up a smidge....the light turns green and they slam on teh gas...only to realize they are still in reverse...

then there was this time i was waiting to turn left at a particularly long red light, the guy in front of me apparently ran out of patience, switched his signal to right turned right (from the left lane) and pulled a u-turn in the middle of intersection to end up going left

my question...wouldnt it have just been easier (and slightly less illegal) to just blwo the red and turn left?
