Where the headset falls short is in the "mute" button department. Some all-knowing brain decided to put the mute button on the side of the ear-piece (pictured in the above link) rather than the puck that gets plugged into the controller (not pictured.) Being a considerate gamer

, I don't like to belch into my microphone (at least, not without due cause.) The result is that any time I need to cram down on the mute button, I usually end up with a finger in my ear (which has done wonders for my inner-ear hygene but makes it difficult to pull that all-important right trigger.)
What I'm hoping is that someone knows of a way to add a mute button where it belongs - within easy finger reach on the puck (as on the standard communicator puck) or even of a method to add one to the controller itself.
I'm sure that there are other, more intelligently designed wireless headsets; but I'd rather not go through the hassle of trying to sell the one I have and buy another. I am willing, however, to spend exorborant ammounts of money and time on modding the wireless puck I have to include a mute button.
