yes it was originally actually goiong to be a from 1.1 to a 1.0 but i couldnt get my hands on a 1.0 or another 1.1 so i decided to get a 1.3 that i can get from this guy.... but the thing is that my hdd has a lot of my back up games on it that i sold because i thought i wouldnt need them anymore since i have them backed up.......so now is the problem... my old mobo is fuc*ked up and i dont think i can use it anymore.... i am getting a new 1.3 mobo replacement which will be having a X3 chip..which i know that i would be needing a new PS bcause of the new different version mobo....... my question now is that can i use my old hdd that i had on my old mobo with the new mobo with out loosing any of the data thats on it.....?? if so what do i do......step by step please.....

If the drive is unlocked you can't use it on the new mobo if you dont have the eeprom and key backed up, unless you used config magic to lock it in the first place in which case you could try TEAMASSEMBLY as the unlock password.
The games on your drive should be deleted anyway if you no longer own the originals as they are then no longer back ups.

Sorry to be comin into someones elses thread, but my mobo is fucked to, and i have a 1.6, could i buy a new mobo and somehow unlock my hdd and still play on xbox live?
