I buy them cause eventually I know the company themselves are going to get tired threathning me and just end up buying it  **COUGH   eBay / PayPal    COUGH**  I so far sold a couple domains already that went pretty smooth. After the first domain I sold, the company tried taking me to court for violating their trademark (talk about snakes). However I was very lucky that my lawyer made about a ten page agreement bettwen the company and I that I should not be held responsible for anything (all in all other words).

Not a bad idea. So just find a company that hasn't bought that domain yet and resale it when the stakes are high enough?
