got a gym in my basement.. makes it all the better... but that doesn't mean I use it all the time... i kinda miss it... i think i'll pay it a visit and say hi.. ya know.. turn the light on.. take a moment.. and turn it back off to go to sleep up here

Umm. . .no. People with physical strength tend to be violent and dominating, and the unintelligent tend to use brute strength to make up for what they are lacking mentally. There are of course exception, I did say "tend to". Your mind can reach it's full potential if physical necessities (and physical indulgences) were absent. Just look at  Stephen Hawking.  tongue.gif

If your body is at its best shape and you are physicaly fit your mind or brain will function better due to alot of reasons
one of them being a better blood suply from the heart  to the brain, decreased blood preasure.
Stephen Hawking is a bad example he could not train even if he wanted to and there is no way of you knowing he is at his full potential. No dout from he that he is a smart guy with alot of time on his hands
