But doesn't that mean if an M$ agent asks yo for something illegal and you give it to them or tell them where it is, they'd be liable too?

I wander if MS ever buys loads of modchips just to take them off the market?

I was actually wondering if MS actually made or designed any of the modchips, for reasons which have been explored in other threads.

In the end.. they can take every manufacturer of MODCHIP out of action.. and we'd still be able to FLASH our TSOP to play backups!

no...easybuy gave the feds all there acocunts... and isonews guy gave feds all accounts.. our info as in name, address, etc... i was kinda anyway, i don't expect them to be knocking on my door

The only legal one atm is the cromwell linux bios.
