@find or xdcc list but with list u will prob be banned from chan and you might get kicked with @find depends on channel rules

There is no formula, other than join channel, read topic, and sit... You wanna ensure you don't get banned, hang around a while, see what other's do, get a feel for the channel and how it operates.. That way you can be sure you don't step on the wrong set of toes. smile.gif
