I did not see anything saying the isp was banned BTW..  Just said banned: requested.

                                    The solution to this entire thread is to do what you should all be doing whenever you are in public channels on IRC. Use a BNC with Vhosts. Go get yourself a shell account and setup bnc or ezbounce. If you get banned use another vhost. Some of the shell providers have hundreds to choose from.  A little research and your problems will be no more
