shit, a hdd, cool case, mobo, 4 usb ports, dvd drive, and plays games, for $150? danm!! how much does it cost M$ to make one of these so they can sell them so cheap.

Is this reliable inforation? PS2 should be cheaper again imo, that console is outdated to death next to an xbox.

yup, it sucks for them. but thats how determined they are to get those things in every one of our houses. but i still wish i got to pay these new prices instead of the original 300...

I guess that they think they are reviving it with all the online talk they have been spewing for the past 4 years.

If the xbox price drops again and the ps2s price was in proportion to the difference in hardware quality. I would buy a couple of them £40 consoles.

Maybe you Canadians are just lucky

I was out yesterday (sat) and the prices where still £160 minimum everywhere. Costco probably had the best deal. Xbox 2 games 2 controllers i think for ~£180

"Game" had Xbox, 1 controller, halo and dvd remote for £200.

Where did you see this price?

82ross wait a little. The Comet store here has dropped to £130, the Dixons here are advertising some dumb deal where you get the xbox for £128 if you exchange any old console of yours. I am in the Midlands.
The Comet store is also selling the PS2 for £160 including 1 game.

One Tuesday in the United States, I have no idea about outside the US, but the XBOX bundle will be in stores:
One X-Box system, Jet Grind Radio, Sega GT 2002, and a S Controller for 199.99

Babbage's, Software ETC. (Gamestop) dropped the price of XBox trade in on systems. They now trade in as of Saturday at 80 bucks.

The only other time this happened was an approaching PRICE DROP.
I have a feeling XBOX will drop in price.
