Won't do you anygood unless the system/Bios has been optimized to utilize the extra memory.

Not only that, but Xbox games are designed to run at the current amount of ram.  If you added more, there would be a "speed up" of games... maybe good in some sense, most likely bad.

As far as bios, though, wouldn't the Dev Xbox bios support 128 Megs of ram?  Since that's what it has?
