Realese Date For Gears Of War

Since MS is obviously going after Sony this console generation by releasing Halo 3 the same day that Sony releases the Ps3, does anyone think that Epic might release Gears of War around the same time as Killzone(2?3? I'm not sure what number it is because the rumor is that Killzone 2 will be for PSP).  Although you can never judge a game by its trailer(s) at E3, quite a few of my friends have decided to lean towards getting a Ps3 solely because of the Killzone trailer.  Anyways, all in all do you think that MS would pay Epic to counter Killzone's release?

I dont think Gears release date will purposely coincide with anything Sony has to offer. Cliffy B will release it when he thinks its reached masterpiece status, and hes ready to show the world.

Gears of War might be an exclusive, but Epic isnt, they will have many games on all systems, so its not like Gears can act as a Halo.
