I wonder what online play will be like using system link.  I checked the list of games supported by Kai and Doom 3 was listed.  I hope this game is similar to Halo 2 for online game play.

Havent been able to go yet, tried but the game starts normally so I have no clue..

I played last night for a few games on kai of Doom 3.  Given I only saw 2 maps....but I wasn't impressed at all.  it felt nothing like Halo 2.  Maybe it will grow on me.  

One thing that I thought was really cool, was in the arena next to each persons name, it showed their pings.  So you could easily bump out a person with a bad ping and save the game from lag for everyone.  I wish Halo 2 had that! <

Why did it do this though, was it because he was in a different country or was it to do with his ping which was around 400 ?

Anyway if anyone ever wants to play co-op mode over Kai my Xtag is: rickGamer

400 ping is baddddd

I played it with my brother, we are both same counry and we had a 40 ping.

It was great with no lag at all, we both had a good laugh playing it <

doom 3 online is kinda eh
wasn't too impressed at the online gameplay, seems more of a game built for storymode.

doom 3 in the dark all alone is kinda scary <

Its a great game to play on Kai, just gotta get a few players as most people just mooch around on the Halo 2 arena  :rolleyes:
