maximize the kai window (if you are using kai), and you will be in global chat... obviously if someone doesnt respond, and you cant see a game going, they are just idling, and all signs point to "they are not playing a game".....

kai and xlink have nothing to do with why someone's ping is high either, you have to realize that people you may be playing with can be on the other side of the world... if someone has a high ping in a game you are in, dont expect a smooth game, this is common sense...

find people with low pings to play with if you want a smooth game.
