cant connect

Hello, I hope somebody can help me!! I have put a cameleon chip in my xbox and everything working fine, olso my real live aacount!! My friend did it olso and everything works fine to!! only we can not play together over the internet!! Not whit xlink or real live!! I says b.v topsin when i want to login when he makes a game " This game is not available anny more, or connection lost!!!  We an both play whith some body else !!
Do some people no this problem!! thanks!1

It may be that you and your friends ping are too high...

next time you are on Xlink, check to see what your ping is when you are in a room together.

if its over 180ms then that is probably the reason you can not connect.

A high ping is usual if you are some distance from each other.

Where your friend lives has little relevance to the PING times.
Because you live next to him doesn't mean there's a straight line from you to him.
If you aren't with the same ISP, then your packets could be going 1/2 way across the country before arriving at his house....
