Unable To Transfer Game Save To New Box For Xbl

Long story short:
Family over Xmass, got my box banned ( did not have live blocking bios stupid me).
I found another box for $20 that needed repair, fixed it and transfered my gametag to it.
Back on live now with a stock box.
I also transfered most of my game saves but one. Project Gotham Racing 2.
It works perfectly on the old xbox, when I transfer it in the new one I can not load it, I get a profile corrupt error.
Any idea ?Any one? Any one? (thanks Bueller)....
