Just Want An Update On Xlive Banning

It's been a while since I last checked on Live bannings. I sold my modded xbox about a month ago and have been playing on xlive with my new crystal for a little while. I am dying to mod it with an Xecuter3 and was wondering if I was gonna be banned. I don't think I'd get an upgraded hdd yet just want to run evo-x or avalaunch with like a couple games on the hdd.

no, you shoudlnt have any problems

if you do decide to upgrade the HD youll have to replace the eeprom at the same time, otherwsie MS will detect the change and ban you

When it comes time for a hdd upgrade then Ill probably research how to do that, but for now Ill buy an X3 and be happy with it, thanks.
